As we are a small brand we do not accept currently returns unless an item is faulty in which we may offer an exchange. All items are quality assessed before shipping but on the rare occasion that this does happen please contact us within 7 days from the original shipping date with images of the fault, via firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and reason for exchange.
We understand that some items may not fit as expected so we will also offer an exchange in this case. However please read the size guide section and item description section carefully to avoid purchasing the incorrect size.
All items must be unworn, in original condition with all original tags and packaging to be exchanged. Items with sign of wear (including strong fragrance odours) will not be accepted for exchange.
Repeated requests for exchange of items may be declined.
